one shared home
Home design should account for more than just the spaces within our walls — it should also consider the spaces beyond them. The world we all share.
The plants.
The animals.
The people.
This extraordinary planet — and everything that calls it home.
One Shared Home is a giveback initiative founded by small space expert, writer, and interior + photo stylist Whitney Leigh Morris. It offers pro-bono services and goods to nonprofits and organizations dedicated to protecting and restoring natural environments, strengthening circular economies, and building equitable communities.
Inspired by the Climate Venn Diagram created by conservation strategist and marine biologist Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson, One Shared Home draws on Morris’s 12+ years of experience at the intersection of interior + garden design, sustainability, nonprofit collaboration, environmental advocacy, and creative storytelling.
This initiative supports those working toward a greener, more just future by providing a range of offerings — from marketing expertise and leveraging influential platforms, to ethically sourced, tangible goods — all in service of community resilience and mutual flourishing.
